The LCW Series combines handheld laser welding, surface cleaning and auxiliary cutting functions in one published product. Confirm the intended primary process, material, joint type and daily workload because each mode requires its own operating setup and safety review.

Joint Fit-Up, Wire Feed and Sample Testing

For welding, provide butt, lap or fillet joint details, material thickness and expected gap condition. Wire selection and feed settings should be confirmed with representative test pieces. Samples should be evaluated for penetration, bead appearance, distortion and repeatability.
